BoltBills primarily works offline and stores business data (e.g., items, invoices, customers, ledger entries) on your device. If you choose to contact support or activate a subscription, we may collect basic contact details necessary to assist or activate.

2. How we use data

To operate the app and provide features you use.
To provide support when you contact us.
To process subscriptions/activations (through the payment provider you choose).

3. Local storage

Your billing data is stored locally on your Windows machine. You control backups/exports. We do not access your local data unless you explicitly share a backup with us for troubleshooting.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share minimal data with payment processors or service providers strictly to enable purchases, subscriptions, or support.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data you share with us, but no method is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

You can export/backup your data from the app. You can contact us to request deletion of support communications you sent us.
